POTICON

Resin composite material :POTICON

POTICON is a composite material that contains the unique TISMO ultrafine potassium titanate fibers developed by Otsuka Chemical. POTICON leverages the features of TISMO to exhibit strength in many different applications.
POTICON maximizes microscopic reinforcement and flat surface smoothness inhibiting particle generation to help achieve high-end, precise moldings such as camera modules. It is also used in LED reflectors as it can achieve excellent reflectivity, high-level dimensional accuracy and long-term resistance to heat and light.

TERPLUS, polymerized by the TERP method, a type of living radical polymerization, has a block polymer structure that enables control of the arrangement of components acting on pigment adsorption and dispersant affinity, resulting in strong adsorption on the pigment surface and steric stability through dispersant affinity. As a result, both excellent dispersibility and dispersion stability can be achieved.
