Prevent racemization and Accelerate peptide Synthesis

Otsuka Chemical offers triazole derivatives “1-HOB” as a coupling reagent for Protein and Peptide Synthesis. It is effective for acceleration of peptide synthesis and prevention of racemization in the formation of amide bond.
