Prevent racemization and Accelerate peptide Synthesis
Otsuka Chemical offers triazole derivatives “1-HOB” as a coupling reagent for Protein and Peptide Synthesis. It is effective for acceleration of peptide synthesis and prevention of racemization in the formation of amide bond.
Advantages
It can be used as esterification reagent. It is especially effective for racemization prevention in the peptide synthesis.It also increases the reaction rate of carboxylic acids.
