This resolves the "complex multi-step operations" and "long processing time" involved in the antibody purification process. By replacing the binding, washing, and elution steps required in conventional column chromatography with the flow-through hollow fiber membrane "TerpSep™" , the number of process steps can be significantly reduced.
The clogging-resistance unique to hollow fiber membranes enables high-throughput purification and continuous processing while maintaining high fractionation performance.
