Safety Dojo
At the Safety Dojo in the Tokushima Plant, in addition to acquiring safety knowledge through classroom lectures, the company aims to improve the crisis sensitivity of each employee by providing them with hazard simulation training. In 2014, we received the 8th Responsible Care Award from the Japan Chemical Industry Association in recognition of these activities.
