Polymerization Example of Conventional Monomer
In here introduce the polymerization example of conventional monomer. Below data is the polymerization test result of the methyl methacrylate(MMA), typical vinyl monomer, the styrene (St) and acrylic acid normal butyl acrylate (nBA). The industrially used solvent, bulk and suspension polymerization method are properly controlled. Particularly remarkable is high-level polymerization control in high-molecular weight domain. Even at the molecular quantity is high as close 7 hundred thousand in nBA, the result is satisfactory that molecular weight distribution reaches 1.3 units. Moreover, when the suspension polymerization, uses the water for medium, is applied, it controls the polymerization completely without problem.
