We will fulfill customers' needs using hydrazine derivatives. We deal in products such as corrosion and rust inhibitors formulated by compounding adipic acid dihydrazide (ADH, used in many different applications such as resin crosslinking and in curing agents and corrosion inhibitors), azodicarbonamide (ADCA, used in resin foaming agents) and hydrazine derivatives.
Hydrazine derivative
These agents are used as latent curing agents for epoxies in product categories such as paint and adhesives and as crosslinking agents for acrylic emulsions containing ketone groups. Post-curing properties can be controlled by changing the hydrazide compound used.
Due to hydrazine’s reduction properties, these agents are used as metal reductants and chelate agents in semiconductor and other applications.
Foaming agent
Foaming agents have many applications. They are used in the manufacture of products such as heat insulators, shock-absorbing materials and decoration materials. They change only slightly over time, so they have excellent storage stability and are easy to handle.
Anticorrosive and Anticorrosive agent
Shadan is a long-life coolant compound of optimally balanced corrosion and rust inhibitors.
We provide antifreeze corrosion and rust inhibitors for use in cold or warm environments and general corrosion and rust inhibitors in accordance with the environment where the product is to be used and its purpose. These products demonstrate excellent performance as corrosion and rust inhibitors and as heating mediums in cogeneration systems (producing heat and power), which have been attracting significant attention in recent years.
